Any Hoosier will proudly tell you that there’s more than corn in Indiana. Its capital, Indianapolis, is home to everything from sliced bread to one of the largest sporting events in the world. It’s noted for being a big city with a small town feel and having the most national monuments in the US outside of Washington DC (a clear tribute to its love of Americana). Yet aside from all of the obvious attributes that Indianapolis can boast about, its greatest attribute is the layers of genuine homespun goodness informed by its humble history. Today, LAB, the hotel team and interior designers are working in tandem to create a brand and food story to life that celebrates the history of Indianas history.
