Travel Through time. Live in the moment.

The BRIEF

The Union Station Nashville Yards is the city’s signature historic hotel. Established in 1900, the former train terminal features grand architectural elements and original art that transport guests to a gilded era, the goal…reimagine the hotel for todays version of a Nashville explorer while maintaining the hotel’s timeless grace and enduring spirit.

The Approach

Located within the grandeur of Nashvilles Union station, the former train station’s original entrance overlooking Broadway, Stationairy is a modern American bistro serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The Stationairy moniker was created as an homage to the gravitas of the grand station against the open air of the historic Broadway entrance.

Guests are invited to this lively street side bistro featuring elevated, all-day dining. Helmed by Chef Sean Foley, the menu explores modern American bistro tomes crafted with fresh, responsibly sourced, local ingredients.

The restaurant’s interior honors The Union Station’s 121-year history, preserving the former entrance’s sweeping views of Broadway, 22-foot-high ceilings, original granite stone walls. Floor-to-ceiling arched windows bring in natural light and the excitement of downtown Nashville while the contemporary, open concept space features a variety of seating options to accommodate intimate occasions, small gatherings, and celebrations of all sizes.
